Whistler Samurai Sushi
is a locally owned and managed company that features
two great Japanese style restaurant locations in Whistler
BC Canada mountain resort.
The company was started in December
2001 with the opening of the Nesters location and it
became a local favorite right from the start. The Creekside
restaurant location was added in 2006 and now accommodates
the Whistler areas south of the village.
Whistler
Samurai Sushi has many green initiatives including,
sugarcane containers, composting, recycling and bamboo
chopsticks. The company also donates all monies collected
for plastic bags to AWARE. The company vehicle runs
on Biodiesel which is produced from our used cooking
oil provided by both restaurants. Whistler Samurai Sushi
is committed to co-existing with the Whistler environment
an working towards a sustainable future.
